It’s home to fan-favorites like Burlington, Five Below, and Ulta Beauty, and was impressively 98 percent leased at the time of sale. The purchase was made by a partnership that includes members of MHCommercial Real Estate Fund II, a Florida-based commercial real estate firm, along with several other local players. This is actually the second investment by MHC Fund II in Merritt Island; they previously acquired Merritt Crossing, a grocery-anchored retail center, last year.
