Tragic Discovery Along the Melbourne Causeway
Yesterday morning, a somber scene unfolded on the Melbourne Causeway, as the community came to terms with the discovery of a man’s body. Early reports from the Melbourne Police Department revealed that around 8 a.m., officers responded to a call that led them to the shallow waters of the Intracoastal Waterway, where the man was found near the barrier wall of the causeway.
The tragedy struck closer to home when the police located the man’s campsite along the riverbank, situated just west of the discovery site.
