Keep Your Little Ones Safe: Free Car Seat Checks in Palm Coast!
Hey, Space Coast families! Are you confident that your little ones are riding safely in their car seats? If you’re nodding your head with uncertainty, you’re in luck! The Palm Coast Fire Department is stepping up to help parents, grandparents, and caregivers with a free car seat safety check event next month. It’s a great opportunity, and it’s happening right in our neighboring Palm Coast on Wednesday, June 10th, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Fire Station 25.
This event is particularly special because it’s hosted in partnership with Safe Kids Florida, a fantastic organization dedicated to child safety. Certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians will be on-site to check your car seats and ensure they’re installed correctly. They’ll not only verify that everything’s in place but will also answer any questions you might have about keeping your little ones safe while on the road. This one-on-one assistance is invaluable for all of us as we navigate the complexities of child passenger safety.
For those of you who are worried about time, don’t worry! The event will allow for a drive-through experience. Just follow the signs to the back of Fire Station 25, enter through the apparatus bay for your inspection, and exit onto Belle Terre Parkway heading north. It’s as simple as that! However, keep in mind that appointments are required, so be sure to register early. Space is limited to ensure that each family can receive personalized assistance.
This event is a fantastic chance for our Brevard County community to come together and ensure our precious cargo is safe. We know that every parent wants the best for their children, and making sure their car seats are safe is an essential step in that journey. So gather the kiddos and take this opportunity to get expert advice and peace of mind.
Don’t miss out on this chance to keep your family safe! Head over to the City of Palm Coast’s event page to register today. What do you think, Space Coast? Drop your thoughts below.
