They explain to me that the softball machine sort of works, I would have to load and unload the machine, then I would have to run around and turn the power off as well as turn the power on. Which I didn’t mind at all and then the young girl says would you like a half hour or an hour and I said a half hour, and attempts to charge me $30. So I ask if I’m doing all the work is there no discount that applies. She looks sort of dumbfounded that I asked that. So if I’m gonna normally pay $30 and let the machine work properly why should I pay the same $30 and have to do all this work? Needless to say I left so rather than making 10 or $15 they made absolutely nothing from me. And sadly is going to lose business now from this review possibly. Business one oh one to owners, teach your employees how to make business decisions.”
