Important Utility Service Update for Brevard County Residents!
Hey Space Coast! We’ve got some important news for folks in Melbourne and surrounding areas. If you rely on the City of Melbourne’s utility services, mark your calendars: from Thursday, June 11, at 9 p.m. until Monday, June 15, at 8 a.m., the online Utility Billing system and EnerGov platform will be down for essential upgrades. This means you won’t be able to make any utility payments or access certain services online during that time.
But don’t worry! Your water service won’t be interrupted due to late payments during this outage. The city understands that these upgrades can be inconvenient, and they sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as they work to improve the services that keep our community running smoothly. We’ve all been there—sometimes progress means a little disruption!
Got questions or need assistance? The Utility Billing Customer Service team is ready to help at 321-608-7100. If you’re working on building permits or community development applications, you can reach out to the Building Division at 321-608-7900 and Community Development Department at 321-608-7500, respectively. As for engineering inquiries, give the Engineering Department a call at 321-608-7300.
A quick heads-up for EnerGov users: once the upgrade is complete, make sure to update your bookmarks. The new direct URL will be https://energovweb25.mlbfl.org/energov_prod/selfservice/#/home, but it won’t be live until service is restored. Keep an eye on the City’s website for updates, so you’re not left in the dark!
So there you have it, neighbors! The city’s working hard to enhance our utilities service for all residents of Brevard County. We know these upgrades are necessary, but they won’t come without some hiccups. Thank you for your understanding, and let’s look forward to an even better service when everything is back online!
